Thank you!

I never thought I’ll fall in love like this. Uh huh, I’ve fallen in love with the UP LISSA considering that it wasn’t my first org and with all the issues that surrounded the org last year, only the toughest survived and still making it work up to now.
Housed at the 3rd floor of Gonzales Hall, UP Diliman,School of Library and Information Studies. It was established in 1962 as the first and oldest Library Science organization in the Philippines. But it was only last year when the org was revitalized with 65 members and officers determined to bring the UP LISSA back. A year full of activities like seminars, talks, volunteer work, bonding experience for the members and alumni, etc. Just like in the past years of its existence, UP LISSA believes in INTEGRITY, SERVICE, EXCELLENCE and TRUE LIBRARIANSHIP.
And in this coming Academic Year, be sure to watch UP LISSA rock SLIS for we are back and definitely better than ever!
Dahil "Sa LISSA, di ka nag-iisa!"
See yah ’round!
xoxo, pinaylibrarian
